Raw Material Selection

Grains, oilseed meals, minerals and forages are sourced and checked against our intake standards before acceptance.

Cleaning

Incoming ingredients are screened to remove dust, chaff and foreign material before processing begins.

Grinding

Grain is ground to the particle size specified for each formula, improving digestibility and mixing quality.

Ingredient Mixing

Ground grain, minerals and additives are batched and mixed to the exact formulation for each product.

Pellet / Feed Processing

Mash is either bagged directly or passed through the pellet mill to form compact, low-dust pellets.

Quality Testing

Samples are checked for consistency and specification before a batch is cleared for packaging.

Packaging

Finished feed is packed into 25kg or 50kg bags, or loaded for bulk supply, depending on the order.

Storage

Packed feed and bulk stock are held in covered, ventilated storage until dispatch is scheduled.

Dispatch

Orders are loaded and scheduled for delivery to the farm, distributor or collection point confirmed at booking.
